Too often, the public never sees how lawmakers vote on the policies that impact our air, water, health, and energy costs. This scorecard exists to change that. Democracy works best when voters have clear, accessible information and can hold their elected officials accountable. The Pennsylvania Environmental Scorecard 2025–2026 tracks key votes taken by the General Assembly and provides a lifetime score for each legislator dating back to the 2007–2008 session, offering a clear picture of long-term priorities and performance.
