Clean Water Action and Clean Water Fund Massachusetts are seeking a full-time hybrid Development Manager to build and strengthen our fundraising program that supports our statewide initiatives. This role will be instrumental in cultivating donor relationships, securing foundation support, and ensuring the financial sustainability of our programs. In Massachusetts, Clean Water’s work focuses on climate justice, environmental health, and equitable access to clean energy, including protecting drinking water, reducing toxic pollution, holding corporations accountable, empowering youth leadership within the environmental justice movement, and advancing pro-environment policies and leadership at every level of government.

Madison Goff
Madison joined Clean Water Action in January of 2022. Before their time at CWA, Madison earned a B.S. in Biological Engineering from the University of Arkansas and a M.S. in Environmental Policy and Environmental Education at the University of Michigan.
Madison grew up in Oklahoma and credits their love of the outdoors to their many hours floating the Illinois River and backpacking in the Ozark Mountains. Since moving to Michigan in 2018, Madison has taken to kayaking the Huron River and you can find them hiking all over SE Michigan. Madison’s other hobbies include knitting, bird watching, and
