Waste is a design flaw! This was the message at the 5th Annual Zero Waste Youth Convergence (ZWYC) in San Francisco. Zero Waste Youth is an international organization that engages students and professionals to promote concepts for a zero waste future through waste reduction, reuse, and recycling. Yesterday, the California Air Resources Board (ARB) adopted the strongest regulations in the country to reduce methane emissions from oil and gas production and storage.
