Supreme Court Pauses Clean Power Plan - Momentarily
Yesterday the Supreme Court put a temporary stay on the Clean Power Plan. Importantly, this decision was not based on the legal merits of the case nor does it overturn the Clean Power Plan, which enjoys overwhelming public support.

Clean Wave, is a federal Super PAC that intends to make independent expenditures in the 2022 elections pertaining to some federal races. State Super PACs named Clean Wave and Clean Wave MI also exist in PA and MI to make independent expenditures in the 2022 elections in selected state races in PA and MI. Because of the impacts of fossil fuels on the earth’s climate and the damage they cause to our air and water, it is the policy of Clean Water Action and Clean Water Fund to avoid investing any of their funds in companies that mine, produce, refine or burn fossil fuels. Currently, there are limited investment choices that are completely fossil-fuel free.
