Clean Water Action Statement on the Nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the US Supreme Court
Brick, NJ--Clean Water Action's New Jersey State Director, Amy Goldsmith, spoke out about the nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court at a press conference at Trader’s Cove Marina hosted by US Senators Robert Menendez and Cory Booker, along with other environmental groups. Abbott's Saber Rattling Prattle Against Protecting Our Water
Sadly, Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott's August 11th letter to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) threatening to sue if it does not retreat from its plan to strengthen protections for the sources of our drinking water is more about politics and ideology than public health. For Abbott, it does not matter that EPA simply wants to return protections back to where they were during the Clinton and Reagan administrations.
ReThinking Disposables

Clean Wave, is a federal Super PAC that intends to make independent expenditures in the 2022 elections pertaining to some federal races. State Super PACs named Clean Wave and Clean Wave MI also exist in PA and MI to make independent expenditures in the 2022 elections in selected state races in PA and MI.
