Clean Water’s Board of Directors has made a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ) and anti-racism a key element of our work. The Organizational Culture Director is a new role at Clean Water responsible for the strategic integration of Clean Water’s DEIJ efforts with our leadership and management training initiatives. This role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that empower managers and leaders at all levels while fostering an inclusive culture, grounded by a strong foundation in adult learning theory. The individual in this position serves as a vital link between effective management practices and the realization of a diverse, equitable, and inclusive organizational culture.
