Clean Water Fund is proud to relaunch our Lead Hazard Awareness Program (LHAP) in Philadelphia, whose mission is to empower residents to identify and live safely with lead hazards in their homes and communities.

Allegheny County Lead Safe Homes Program

We’re partnering with Allegheny County on their Lead Safe Homes Program which provides testing throughout your home to identify areas that may be lead hazards as well as connects you with a Certified Lead Abatement Contractor to make repairs to all lead hazards found in your home. Plus all these service to keep you and your family safe from lead exposure are FREE.

PFAS Chemicals – Protecting Our Drinking Water And Our Health

PFAS are a class of human-made chemicals that very long-lived, which means that they remain in the environment and in humans and wildlife for a very long time. Clean Water is taking on pollution from these "Forever Chemicals" through education, research, working with impacted communities, advocating for legislation and regulation at the state and national level, supporting Safe Drinking Water Act monitoring, holding polluters accountable, and more.
