Jed is returning to Clean Water Action after, most recently, working as the Advocacy Coordinator for Save the Bay. He has a long career as an organizer and is very familiar with Clean Water Action and our local campaigns, so he is ready to hit the ground running. Clean Water Action Hails RI House Vote to Get Toxic PFAS Out of Food Packaging
In a huge victory for public health, the Rhode Island House voted today to pass H7438 which bans toxic PFAS and heavy metals in packaging including food packaging.

Join clean energy advocates for a press event in response to Governor McKee’s FY 2027 budget proposal, which includes major rollbacks to Rhode Island’s clean energy commitments.
