The Human Right to Water, passed by the legislature in 2012 and signed by Governor Brown, was a great policy idea with almost no teeth. While most of us know about the lead contamination in the tap water of Flint MI, few people realize that lead-contaminated drinking water is a nationwide problem, affecting every state.
