The following statement can be attributed to Mary Brady-Enerson, Michigan Director, Clean Water Action: “Over the weekend, Enbridge Energy once again violated the due care clause of their easement to operate Line 5 in the Straits of Mackinac by reopening the pipeline after significant damage was sustained, without knowing the cause or extent of the damage.
