In Support of Michigan Water Affordability Legislation
On October 26th 2023 the Michigan House Natural Resources, Environment, Tourism and Outdoor Recreation Committee heard testimony on HB 5088-5093, a package of bills to create a water affordability program for Michigan residents. Maryland Denies Permits for Southern MD Solar Project
Today, the Maryland Department of the Environment announced that they are denying the permits to clear cut over 200 acres of Southern Maryland forest for a solar project.
