A Year with Clean Water
As 2017 comes to an end, I want to take this time to thank you for supporting our work through donations and calls-to-action. The letters and emails your give us online or at the door give grassroots credibility when we talk to your representatives about the issues that matter to you - whether it’s forests in Frederick or antibiotics in Annapolis.
Here are some highlights of what you have helped us accomplish this year:

Every single door is a new opportunity for someone to get involved in the work we do. You never know who’s going to open up the door you just knocked on. What is your vision of a dream job? One in which you can come home from the job safe every day? Well, Clean Water Action allies at The Massachusetts Coalition for Occupational Safety and Health (MassCOSH) fight for that vision every day for all of us. Clean Water has worked closely with the MASSCOSH team for many years to advance safe chemicals policies and innovations. We hope to prevent harm to worker health rather than mourne for workers who lose their lives on the job from contact with dangerous chemicals.

Clean Water members and activists were one of the bright spots of 2017. Throughout the year member and activists like you sent messages, mailed letters, signed postcards, and made phone calls. You attended rallies and town hall events. You got involved and you spoke loud and clear.
Huge Victory in New Jersey!

Here in New Jersey, Clean Water candidate Phil Murphy won as the next governor with a double digit mandate!
