HONORING LEGACY | LEADERSHIP | BLACK EXCELLENCE

Protecting our water requires both visible leadership and the quiet, strategic work happening behind the scenes. As a grant administrator, our second Black History Month Clean Water Champion helps power the movement by securing the resources that allow frontline advocates to show up, organize, and win for clean water.

Morayo Suara plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization's mission to protect the environment, advance public health, and promote sustainable communities. In her role, Morayo manages a diverse portfolio of grants that fund critical work across clean water advocacy, clean air initiatives, zero-waste efforts, and environmental justice campaigns that ensure clean water for all dispute their race or zip code. Her work ensures that each grant is strategically aligned, effectively managed, and maximized for impact, helping drive forward programs that safeguard both people and the environment.
