Jill Chismody
Jill began her career with Clean Water in January 2006 working as a Financial Representative in our Clinton Twp., MI office. She earned an accounting certificate from the Professional Career Development Institute in 2007.
She was born and raised in Macomb County, MI. In her spare time, you can find Jill swimming, hiking or with her husband at a baseball or football field cheering on her boys while they play their favorite sports.
Chris Bathurst
Chris started field canvassing for West Virginia Citizens Action Group in Morgantown WVA in 1984. He has been with Clean Water since 1985. Over those years he has worked on a multitude of issue and electoral campaigns in 12 states. Chris currently lives in Conway MA where you can often find him fly fishing on his favorite rivers and streams.
Caroline Slobodzian
Caroline has been with Clean Water since May 2011. Her career has focused on various areas of nonprofit fundraising with an emphasis on starting and growing major gifts programs. As the major gifts officer, her responsibilities include identifying major gift prospects, setting up donor visits, and growing the capacity for our work protecting and advancing clean water across the country. She also produces individual and major donor fundraising and marketing materials, and develops and manages events for major donors.

Jon Scott
Jon began working with Clean Water in 1983, assuming responsibility for Corporate Relations and Legacy Giving in 2010. His experience with Clean Water includes canvassing door-to-door and on the phones, organizing, electoral and issue campaigning, and various development, communications and publications roles.
He has visited Clean Water Action staff, members, partners, allies and supporters in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Jon represents Clean Water Fund on
Andrea Herrmann
Water has always played an important role in Andrea’s life, growing up in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, and attending college in the Ocean State. Andrea earned her undergraduate degrees in Marine Affairs and German from the University of Rhode Island, and obtained a Masters in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School.
Andrea is approaching her 25th anniversary with Clean Water, after joining the organization in 1998. In her role as Director of Development, she oversees the Development Department and is involved in all aspects of Clean Water’s fundraising programs & initiatives.
