Andy Aguilar
Originally from Montgomery County, Maryland; Andy moved to Philadelphia from Charleston, SC in 2022 where she traded in her surfboard for a bicycle. A proud graduate of Temple University with a BA in Sociology, Andy first began working at Clean Water Action as a part-time field canvasser in August 2024 following a study abroad in Germany where she studied the European model for addressing the climate crisis. Since then, she has become the Philadelphia Field Canvass Director where she liaises with the Pennsylvania Program staff to work on important environmental issues like Environmental
Environmental Justice Program Coordinator | Hybrid in Philadelphia, PA
Clean Water Action and Clean Water Fund are seeking a full-time Environmental Justice Program Coordinator in Philadelphia and southeast Pennsylvania to support programs addressing environmental inequities and improving health in underserved communities. The coordinator will organize workshops, youth engagement, environmental education, and local projects on food access, green space, pollution, and climate resilience, while managing logistics, tracking outcomes, and coordinating partnerships. This role also contributes to broader campaigns advancing environmental justice and clean water and air. Candidates should be passionate about community health and environmental justice, with experience in communities of color and lower-income areas.
Ian Louda
Ian is a passionate environmental advocate who joined Clean Water as a Field Canvasser in the summer of 2016. He went on to direct the Philadelphia Field Canvass for seven years from 2018-2024 and served as the organization’s Lead Network Canvass Director beginning in 2022. Ian now works in a multifaceted role. As Legislative Coordinator, he conducts outreach to elected officials in Southeastern PA and assists with Clean Water Action endorsements in state and local races. He also works on membership development in the region, building engagement programs and coordinating events. As Canvass
