Trenton, NJ -- A bipartisan cadres of New Jersey legislative leaders joined the Empower NJ: No Fossil Fuel Projects Coalition today to urge the Legislature and Governor Murphy to take stronger action sooner to combat climate change and promote a green economy. They noted New Jersey is being hit hard by the climate crisis already, it’s getting worse, and proposed fossil-fuel infrastructure projects will deepen climate impacts.
