Today, just two months after local governments' Fiscal Year 2026 budgets were passed, the Baltimore City Planning Commission kicks off the planning process for the Fiscal Years 2027-2032 Capital Budget. So, we're starting now to advocate for capital infrastructure spending on Zero Waste infrastructure that Baltimore City needs to equitably and cost-effectively transition away from trash incineration.
