Our Home Energy Action Campaign is official! We’re excited to work with partners and local leaders in Waterbury to help residents learn about and participate in the Home Energy Solutions program administered by Eversource.
This program provides a very low or no cost evaluation of areas in the home that can be more energy efficient, reduce energy use, save residents money, make homes more comfortable and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Leading Michigan Environmental Organizations Release Democracy-Focused Legislative Scorecard
LANSING - Today, Clean Water Action and Sierra Club Michigan Chapter released their legislative scorecard for the 101st Michigan Legislature. Working on Waste in Baltimore County
Since November, Baltimore County has been convening a Solid Waste Work Group has been meeting to review how trash is managed in the county and make recommendations for improvements. Their final meeting is this Thursday, March 4, and the County's consultant, GBB (a company selected by the Northeast Maryland Waste Disposal Authority), will be presenting 18 Proposed Tactical Plan Strategies, followed by a public hearing.
