On September 21, the Maryland Department of the Environment held a public hearing to conclude a nearly two-year process to update air pollution regulations for municipal waste incinerators in Maryland: the BRESCO facility in Baltimore, and the Dickerson facility in Curtis Bay. This year, Clean Water Action is celebrating Earth Day by partnering with our friends at the Minneapolis Parks Board for a cleanup day at Bassett Creek Park.
