Minnesota Guide to Lead in Our Drinking Water and Lead Service Lines
Clean Water Action is working this year in the Minnesota State Legislature to pass a bipartisan bill to make it easier for Minnesotans to get closer to lead free in their homes. We are working to get incentives and tax credits to homeowners who want to replace their lead service line with a safer alternative.

While we commend EPA’s efforts, we are seriously concerned that the agency is not moving quickly enough to address PFAS wastewater discharges from other point source categories that are known or suspected of using these toxic “forever chemicals.”
