On June 17th, 2000, Clean Water Action joined 113 environmental and community organizations across the US in filing a brief in support of the Environmental Protection Agency in the case Sackett v. EPA.

We’re partnering with Allegheny County on their Lead Safe Homes Program which provides testing throughout your home to identify areas that may be lead hazards as well as connects you with a Certified Lead Abatement Contractor to make repairs to all lead hazards found in your home.
