Julia Scalera

Julia began working for Clean Water Action in May of 2019 as an Environmental Community Organizer. Since then, she has gone on to become a Trainer, a Field Manager, and, now, the Canvass Director of the Northampton, MA Office. Julia has a background in environmental studies and is passionate about water protection, primarily focusing on stream and watershed ecosystems. She has an Environmental Studies degree from Bucknell University, where she graduated in 2018.

Julia grew up on Long Island, and has lived in Massachusetts for the past 3 years. Currently, she is a plant mom and a cat mom. In her free time, Julia enjoys playing the clarinet, making music, hiking, and studying world geography. It is her goal to visit every state in the US.
