Eastern Pennsylvania Director

Dianna is a public health, civic engagement, and social justice leader with 20+ years of experience advancing programs across government, nonprofit, and academic sectors. She also founded Ms. Verna’s Garden, expanding food access, environmental stewardship, gardening, and wellness.

Dianna served as Regional Organizing Director for the Kamala Harris 2024 Presidential Campaign and managed Children First PA’s Justice in Education campaign. She co-created Philly Teen VAXX Ambassadors and served as a COVID-19 Community Response Supervisor with the Philadelphia Department of Public Health. Her career also includes global health, housing rights, disaster response, and community-based research with Save the Children, Resources for Human Development, OnePA West/SW Rising, Team Rubicon, and the American Red Cross.

A decorated advocate, Dianna was named 2025 Philadelphia Citizen's Block Captain of the Year, received the 2024 Jerry Balter Environmental Justice Award, celebrated in 2021 with an Impact Award from Philadelphia’s Mayor’s Office of Youth Engagement for empowering youth to lead the fight against COVID19, and multiple City Council citations. She holds an MPH from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Sociology.
