Connie will steward the generous donors whose support fuels the vital work of both organizations. Based in the national DC office, she will work under the leadership of Development Director Andrea Herrmann.
“Connie brings an extraordinary depth of nonprofit management and fundraising expertise to our organization,” said Andrea Herrmann, Development Director. “Her vision and leadership have the potential to transform our major gifts program, paving the way for unprecedented growth and impact. We are honored to have her as a part of our team."
Connie previously served as President & Executive Director of the Neighborhood Music School in Los Angeles and Regional Executive Director for Pacific Region OASIS, a network of lifelong learning centers for older adults. I distinctly remember telling a friend who joined me that this was an organization I could see myself working for. Now, I’m excited to contribute to the success of our shared goal of protecting clean water for all."
Connie serves as board president of Women in Film & Video (DC) and previously co-led the LACHSA Foundation, which supports the arts programs at the L.A.
