The votes have been counted and the races have been called, solidifying the future of Minnesota’s legislature for the next two years - and Clean Water Voters spoke out loud and clear, electing 82% of our 56 endorsed candidates for the 2022 Minnesota midterm election!
Elections matter – that is something that Clean Water Action has known for a long time. Our members expect many things from us, but one of our most important responsibilities is to recommend candidates for office that our members and others who care about can support on Election Day.
Minnesota Water Action Wednesdays is a series virtual events discussing pressing issues and topics regarding protecting our Minnesota water resources, learning the background and history, where we currently stand, what the future holds, and how you can take action.
To protect current and future generations from harm Minnesota should take immediate action to stop the use of PFAS in a wide array of products. Clean Water Action and the Healthy Legacy Coalition are supporting the 2023 Minnesota PFAS Prevention Package which includes Information Disclosure, PFAS Non-Essential Use Ban, and Firefighting Foam Loophole Closure.
