Tom Johnson
Tom joined the Minnesota Clean Water Fund and Healthy Legacy team in February 2018 as a Program Organizer, after four years of grassroots organizing experience as Field Director of Clean Water Action's Baltimore office. After years working on campaigns tackling chemical pollution in Minnesota, Tom accepted a position as Government Relations Director with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency in 2022.

Vivian Richard
Vivian worked at Clean Water Action as the Office Manager of the Providence Field Canvass office. During her time at Clean Water Action, she built up the staff LGBTQ+ Caucus and worked with the Peer Resource program to help ensure every staff member has a safe space where they can go without worry. Vivian also worked extensively with the Clean Water Communications team throughout 2022, directly contributing much of the work to ensure the successful launch of our new cleanwater.org and cleanwaterfund.org websites.

Michael Bochynski
Michael started as a field canvasser in the San Francisco Bay Area and served as the D.C. Program Director until 2023, supervising Clean Water programs in the Washington D.C. metropolitan region including the District, Northern Virginia, and Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties in Maryland. Over the years, Michael has worked with communities and local leaders to secure victories on issues such as coal ash pollution, equitable development, green infrastructure, and litter.
