- H4486 - An Act to protect Massachusetts public health from PFAS (sponsored by Senator Julian Cyr and Representative Kate Hogan): This bill bans PFAS in several categories of consumer products, prevents industrial discharges of PFAS to water, and sets up a fund to help test and treat private wells and public water systems for PFAS.
