With a well drilling backlog of 1,600 dry domestic wells in California — and with households having to wait up to 20 years for relief — failing these plans was not only the right thing to do, but the only option. At the same time, we are disappointed DWR approved other plans that fail to protect drinking water users.

Deadline Looms Tomorrow For NJ’s Long-Delayed Environmental Justice Rule
Release Date
Clean Water Action said today the Murphy Administration must finish delivering on previous environmental justice and climate commitments even as it initiates important new proceedings to combat the climate emergency. The first deadline is noon on February 24th for the long-delayed environmental justice rule to go into effect before April.

Urgent Town Hall Addressing PFAS Concerns to be Held in Minnesota
