Let's protect the Delaware River watershed from ALL fracking activities!

The Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC), a regional governing body that protects the health and safety of the Delaware River Watershed, is made up of the four governors of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware, as well a representative from the Army Corps of Engineers.

The governors of all four states voted to ban fracking in the Delaware River watershed! This is a huge victory, and it is important to let these governors know that they did the right thing. But we also need them to finish the job and ban all fracking activities in the Watershed. Take action here.

There are still regulations pending that would potentially allow water from the Delaware River watershed to be exported to other fracking sites and allow waste from fracking to be disposed of within the watershed. We need the four governors to say no to this too! Send them an email thanking them for the fracking ban and urging them to support a total ban on ALL fracking activities within the Delaware River watershed.
